Founding Pilot

Service Agreement

Version 2 · Effective August 22, 2026

On this pageEngagementDeliverablesClient dutiesFee and termCancellationNo guaranteed outcomeAcceptance

This Founding Pilot Service Agreement supplements the Atlas Appointment Partners Terms of Service. It becomes binding only when an authorized client representative accepts it through a valid private invitation and completes the secure checkout.

No public visitor can self-enroll. Atlas must first qualify the operating fit and approve a private invitation.

1. Engagement

Atlas will operate one 30-day qualified-appointment pilot for one approved company, commercial-service niche, metro, service profile, and buyer definition. Approved niches are commercial cleaning, roofing, HVAC, restoration, and remodeling. The pilot is a measured market test, not a promise of a commercial outcome.

2. Included deliverables

  • One approved niche, metro, service profile, and commercial-buyer definition
  • Research and validation of up to 50 public-business targets
  • Two approved outreach sequences with low-volume business-hour delivery
  • Reply qualification and accepted-meeting coordination
  • One concise weekly operating scorecard

Paid advertising, purchased media, unapproved tools, additional markets, unsupported claims, sales closing, and fulfillment of the client’s commercial services are excluded.

3. Client responsibilities

The client must provide accurate company information, supportable claims, a defined service area, practical capacity, timely approvals, a working calendar or CRM handoff, and prompt follow-up with qualified interest. The client remains responsible for proposals, pricing, sales, service delivery, and compliance relating to its own business.

4. Fee and term

The founding-pilot fee is $750 USD as a one-time payment. The service term is 30 days beginning on the mutually confirmed launch date after payment and onboarding verification. The pilot does not automatically renew. Any later service requires a separate written agreement.

5. Cancellation

The client may cancel future work at any time by written notice to hello@atlasappointmentpartners.com. Cancellation does not erase amounts already earned, due, or incurred before its effective date. Any refund or credit is governed by a separate written agreement and applicable law.

6. No guaranteed outcome

Atlas does not guarantee replies, appointments, attendance, contracts, customers, sales, or revenue. Market conditions, the client’s offer, proof, reputation, pricing, response speed, sales process, capacity, and other factors outside Atlas’s control affect results. Atlas will report measured activity and verified outcomes honestly.

7. Approvals and changes

The approved audience, exclusions, service claims, pricing, legal terms, scope, and spending controls cannot be changed by Atlas without the required written approval. Any material scope change requires a separate written decision.

8. Electronic acceptance

Checking the acceptance box on a valid invitation and completing checkout confirms that the signer has authority to bind the client and accepts this Agreement and the Terms of Service. Atlas records the accepted agreement version and onboarding reference for audit purposes.

9. Contact

Questions or cancellation notices may be sent to hello@atlasappointmentpartners.com.
