This Policy explains how Atlas Appointment Partners collects, uses, discloses, and protects information through this website, business communications, client onboarding, and approved appointment programs.
Our operating principle is simple: collect the minimum useful business information, use it for a defined purpose, honor opt-outs, and avoid sensitive personal data that the work does not require.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with Atlas, we may collect:
- Minimum-useful business contact information, such as name, title, company, verified professional email, website, and public business sources.
- Information you provide in an inquiry, fit review, proposal, agreement, payment, onboarding form, calendar booking, or support request.
- Client campaign information, including approved niche, metro, services, buyer profile, supported claims, exclusions, qualification criteria, appointment status, and performance records.
- Encrypted send-only mailbox authorization and ordinary provider/account digests. Atlas does not request general inbox-reading permission.
- Single-use magic-link and session digests used to protect the paid-client portal.
- Basic technical information generated when you visit the site, such as device type, browser, approximate location derived from an IP address, referral page, and site interactions, if analytics are enabled.
- Billing status and transaction references from Stripe. Atlas does not store complete payment-card information.
We do not knowingly seek sensitive personal data for ordinary business development work. Please do not send health, biometric, government identification, financial-account, precise location, or similarly sensitive information unless a written agreement clearly requires and permits it.
2. How we use information
We may use information to evaluate fit, respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, provide approved services, research relevant businesses, draft or deliver compliant business communications, qualify replies, coordinate appointments, maintain opt-outs, report performance, protect systems, resolve issues, and meet legal obligations.
We do not use personal information to make decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, or other legally sensitive eligibility matters.
4. Retention and security
Atlas schedules full cold-prospect details for deletion after 180 days and client operational records for deletion after one year, unless a shorter period is appropriate or applicable law requires a different period. Afterward, Atlas retains only necessary payment and agreement evidence plus hashed suppression records needed to keep opt-outs effective.
Mailbox refresh tokens are encrypted before storage. Portal and booking links are short-lived, single-use, and stored as one-way digests. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to limit unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
5. Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you, or object to or limit certain uses, where applicable. You may opt out of marketing communication using the method in the message or by contacting us. We will not charge for a simple email opt-out, and we maintain suppression records so the request remains effective.
We may need to verify a request and may retain limited information when required for security, legal compliance, transaction records, or continued opt-out enforcement. Rights and exceptions vary by location.
6. Cookies and browser signals
The initial website is designed to work without advertising cookies. Essential hosting or security providers may still process basic request information needed to deliver and protect the site. If optional analytics or advertising technology is introduced, this Policy and any consent controls will be updated before activation.
Because there is not yet a uniform industry response to browser “Do Not Track” signals, the site may not respond to that signal. We will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals when they apply to our processing.
7. Children and international visitors
Atlas provides business-to-business services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you access the site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our approved providers.
8. Policy updates
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our services, providers, or legal obligations. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. If a change materially affects how information is used, we will provide additional notice when required.
9. Contact
Privacy questions and requests may be sent to privacy@atlasappointmentpartners.com. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information in your request.
